  • Yes, I think this is an awesome idea. I try to send my nieces and nephews money when I can so it can go into a savings account for them for the same reason. I want them to have it when it's time for them to go to college. With the way things are nowadays, everything is so very expensive and we really need to look out for our kids future while they are still young. I also ask family members that if they get anything for my son, that they give $ so I can put it up for him. He already has all the toys and stuff that he wants, so that would be the best way to go..
