Unreal Candy Review #spon

Unreal Candy is a healthier alternative to other name brand candy bars on the market today. By healthier, I mean that they offer candy with a comparable texture and taste to similar candy, yet Unreal candy has less sugar, calories, fat and carbs and more fiber. Recently, my family and I got to try Unreal Candy out for ourselves. Let’s share how Unreal stacks up against the competition.

What did we think of Unreal Candy?

Unreal Chocolate Caramel Nougat Bar

My daughter ate the Unreal Chocolate Caramel Nougat Bar. She said that it was really good and the best candy that she ate during this review.

Unreal Peanut Butter Cups

My daughter also ate the Unreal Peanut Butter Cups. She said they were very good as well and there was nothing that she tried that she did not like. 🙂 She said that she did not feel like she was eating something that was healthier than other chocolate candy alternatives, just that she was eating something good.

Unreal Chocolate Caramel Peanut Nougat Bar

My husband ate the Unreal Chocolate Caramel Peanut Nougat Bar. He said that it tasted similar to a Snickers. Although he said that this candy bar is not quite as good as a Snickers, it is a fair trade off for the loss in calories.

Unreal Candy Coated Chocolate with Peanuts

My husband stated that these taste “exactly” like M&Ms. They also appear to be bigger than M&Ms though, admittedly, we did not have a bag of M&Ms to compare them to, so we cannot be sure. Here is a break down of Unreal Candy Coated Chocolate with Peanuts versus M&Ms.

Unreal Candy Breakdown

I would probably buy Unreal Candy. It’s really pretty good. I think the deciding factor would probably be price. I have not seen Unreal Candy in stores, so I can not tell you how much it will cost to buy compared to similar name brand competition. If anyone knows, feel free to share in the comments below.

  • It's supposed to be the same price, 'though I haven't actually seen it in the store yet to verify that.

We actually thought that the chocolate-coated candies didn't taste ANYTHING like M&M's - they were the one thing we weren't crazy about, finding them a bit bitter.

      • We thought those were pretty good - along with the other candy bars and the peanut butter cups. Just the candy-coated chocolates we didn't like.

    • Funny, my son and I both thought they tasted bitter. I think our tastebuds have been trained to enjoy high fructose corn syrup! Now, I'll still eat the rest of the bag, but I am not enjoying them as much as I'd hoped:-)!

      • Oh no, that is too bad. Yeah, we are all different. We didn't enjoy some of the candy as much as some of the varieties. Maybe some of their other candy would be something you would enjoy more.

  • Loved the candy coated chocolates so much that I decided to get them their own jar for me to eat them at home.
