*One woman’s attempt to learn how to cook, one recipe at a time!
This recipe is super easy, takes few ingredients, and is for the slow cooker!
Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 slices (4X4 inch) Swiss cheese
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milk
2 cups herb stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Prepare
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts in slow cooker. Top with cheese, layering cheese if necessary. Combine soup and milk; stir well. Spoon over cheese; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted margarine over stuffing mix. Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 6 hours. Makes 6 servings.
Verdict
We all agree that it is very good. I think that we will try it next time with more cheese, more stuffing and more soup. The soup cooked down after a while and it got a little dry. Other than that, this was a very good dinner! 4/5 stars!

This looks super yummy, thank you for sharing. I am always looking for new crockpot recipes.
Stoping in and leaving a review from the alexa hop :)
This one turned out really well! I posted some changes at the end of the recipe that I would make, but it is really good the first way, too. :) Hope you like it!

We tried this recipe last night, but did not use your recommendations :( Bad call on our end! The flavor was great, but the chicken was a little dry. I think more cheese, stuffing and soup would def make it better! Thanks for sharing this with our family!
You're welcome. Hopefully it will be better next time. I thought the chicken was dry (when I followed that recipe, too). I think the recommendations will definitely make a difference. :)

This really sounds good Dawn and I am always on the look out for new recipes, especially for the Crock Pot and that I think my kids might eat! lol Thanks for sharing!
I like the crockpot, too, because it's so easy. :)

I had chicken breasts thawed out and was trying to think what I could do with them in my crockpot.. Yay! I'm going to use the added suggestions you made of more ingredients, etc... My kids call this time of year, Crock Pot time, and not Christmas time...lol.. Hey, if I can throw it in there, and still manage to wrap, bake, clean, deal with pets...in short, be a Mom and NOT give anyone ptomaine, it's a good holiday season ; )
Thanks for this share!!
Haha! Crock Pot time! Nice!

This sounds wonderful! Unfortunately, my picky eaters probably wouldn't eat it :( Maybe I'll just make it for myself and have leftovers for a few days!
