I think that the “looks” factor has everything to do with this! I started The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner when it was free online but just didn’t get it finished in time. So, I decided to start it all over last week (after I found it in my favorite used bookstore). I think it is very good and I believe that Stephenie Meyer was correct in her assessment that Bree deserved her own story. I think there are other characters in the Twilight series that could carry an entire story themselves, as well and I feel that I would love reading their short novellas, as well.
