Dawn is a snarky ginger and owner/head blogger at Cheap Is The *New* Classy. She earned a degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC {Go Mountaineers!!!} and left her job in radio to spend time being cheap and keeping it classy. Jay is a 40something working husband and he is the head of his household {and he has his wife's permission to say so}. He enjoys music {his favorite artists are KISS, Def Leppard, the Eagles and a lot of the newer country music},and sports {Carolina Panthers, Tarheels and the Appalachian State Mountaineers} and spending time with his wife and daughter.
