You Will Need…
16 oz beef shaved steak

1 large onion
1 12 pack dinner rolls

To Prepare…

1. First, seed the peppers and cut both the onion and peppers into small pieces.
2. Add the peppers, onions and mushrooms to a skillet and cook on medium to medium high, stirring occasionally, and cooking the vegetables until almost done.
3. Next, add the beef shaved steak to the vegetable mixture and cook on medium to medium high until the beef is browned.
4. While the beef and veggie mixture cooks, cut each of the dinner rolls open. Put the bottoms on on a cookie sheet or in a 9×12 baking pan. Set the tops to the side.
5. Cover the roll bottoms with half of the cheese, set the other half aside.
6. When the ground beef mixture is fully cooked, drain it thoroughly or you will end up with soggy bottoms. And no one likes soggy bottoms. Cover the roll bottoms as evenly as possible with the mixture. Then sprinkle with garlic pepper seasoning, to taste.
7. Cover the meat and veggie mixture with the remaining cheese and then the roll tops.
8. Cook in a 350° pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted thoroughly.
9. Nom nom.
