Choose the Member Assist app.
Select your local store.
Choose the store department that is best suited to your particular needs.
Choose the associate that you want to speak with.
Either text, message or receive a call from your chosen store associate.

  5. I love how you can ask questions so easily. When shopping at the stores and it is full of customers it isn’t always as easy to get help. This is a great new service.

  6. This is so great! I know nothing about some big-ticket items, like grills, so it would be nice to get opinions from employees before buying one!

      Me too! I don’t care how great a store is. If the customer service stinks, it’s not likely I will return when I have the choice to go elsewhere. This really ups the ante. :)
