Modern Greetings ~

Modern Greetings

Like many moms, I cherish all of my pictures. It is a reminder of things that you have done with your kids, things they have accomplished and things that they have done that has made you laugh. I got to review some photo books from Modern Greetings and I have to say, they were even nicer than what I thought they would be.

Modern Greetings

As many of you know, I homeschool my daughter Jacklyn but not my son, John Austin. Every year John Austin comes in with a new yearbook. I thought it would be great to make Jacklyn one of her very own. Boy, was I right. The thing I loved most about Modern Greetings is that they have a ton of backgrounds to choose from, which was perfect. My daughter and I designed her yearbook together. She picked out the most colorful backgrounds and we put the pictures from all of our field trips from last year in the book and even put the school year on the cover. When it came in the mail, my daughter threw a fit over it. She said it was the prettiest book in the whole wide world. Of course, it was all pictures of her, so she may be a little biased. 😉

Another book I ordered was of our trip to the beach this year. Money is always tight in my house, so getting to go on vacation is a big deal for us. We took my niece and nephew with us, which made it even more special. I love having all of our vacation pictures together and in a convenient book to look at whenever we want.

The last book I ordered was filled with pictures from my son’s Washington DC trip. This will be a book that he will cherish forever. It was a once in a lifetime trip and he got to take it with all of his friends from school. When I went on this trip as a child, I would have had a fit for a photo book to remember it by. However when this book arrived, the back of every page was blank. On their site they have a chat button. I pressed that and just a couple seconds later I was chatting with a really nice woman who apologized and said they would send me a new book shortly. She was extremely nice and helpful. They corrected their error super fast and I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the final product!

The things that I love most about Modern Greetings is that their photo books are high quality. The pages are thick and the photos look great. If you try to expand a photo that is not good quality, they only let you do it to a certain size to prevent poor quality photos ending up in your picture book. They let you know when your photo will start to become poor quality and because of this, every photo looks great! I know this is crazy but another thing that I love is that they have a clear page at the beginning and end of the book. It looks so nice. I really can not say enough about how great their products are. I plan on ordering more books from them of Jackyn’s school years!
