Well, I made it through my first major holiday on Nutrisystem. Last Thursday was Thanksgiving and I weighed in on Friday and I had not gained any weight. I have to admit – that it took a lot of will power to not over eat over the holiday! My daughter made the Thanksgiving dinner this year and it was yummy! But I did not go crazy.
As I have mentioned before, it isn’t eating that is the reward, it is getting on the scale and seeing the weight loss. Sometimes I get frustrated that it isn’t coming off faster, but I have to remind myself – I did not get the size that I am overnight. So, I am sticking with this program and learning as I go along. And it is coming off. Consistently, I am losing weight, and I am proud of myself for that.
This is the only weight loss program that has worked for me for this long. I am very pleased with the results that I am getting from Nutrisystem. I have been on other programs that have been very difficult to follow. Especially the ones that make you cut out certain kinds of foods. I am sorry, but I can’t eat all green food, or only eat meat, or drink shakes all day or whatever. That is not for me.
