Nutrisystem ~
Well, I made it through my first major holiday on Nutrisystem.
Last Thursday was Thanksgiving and I weighed in on Friday and I had not gained any weight. I have to admit – that it took a lot of will power to not over eat over the holiday! My daughter made the Thanksgiving dinner this year and it was yummy! But I did not go crazy.
As I have mentioned before, it isn’t eating that is the reward, it is getting on the scale and seeing the weight loss. Sometimes I get frustrated that it isn’t coming off faster, but I have to remind myself – I did not get the size that I am overnight. So, I am sticking with this program and learning as I go along. And it is coming off. Consistently, I am losing weight, and I am proud of myself for that.
This is the only weight loss program that has worked for me for this long. I am very pleased with the results that I am getting from Nutrisystem. I have been on other programs that have been very difficult to follow. Especially the ones that make you cut out certain kinds of foods. I am sorry, but I can’t eat all green food, or only eat meat, or drink shakes all day or whatever. That is not for me.
For anyone who wants a realistic diet plan that actually carries over into everyday life – a weight loss plan that you might actually learn some healthy eating strategies from – I recommend Nutrisystem.

Congratulations. You are doing great. I also would need a diet with everythig in it – not a fad diet. I think the key is portion control and exercise.
I wanted to add that slow and steady is the best way to lose weight because you are least likely to gain it back. This way you can slowly change your habits until they become natural to you .
I have thought about joining nutrisystem
