Nutrisystem Buddy Bucks ~
As many of you may recall, I felt that I had plateaued last week. Well, my awesome coach at Nytrisystem let me know that for a true plateau, one would have to not lose weight for 3 weeks straight. Luckily for me, that has not happened. 
And, with Nutrisystem’s help, I plan to do everything I can to make sure that it does not.

Anyway, I know that I usually highlight different foods in my post, but I wanted to share a little something different this week – Nutrisystem Buddy Bucks! What are Buddy Bucks, exactly? Well, if you will recall, last week I was pleased to announce that my friend Johnetta will be joining the Nutrisystem Blogger Nation with me very soon. What is really exciting about this, for me, is that I am really one of those people who needs support. I feel that I can lose more and get healthier if I have a strong support system. Nutrisystem Buddy Bucks can help you with that!

Yay! I weighed in on Friday and got a sweet surprise! Week #10 has been awesome for me! By awesome, I mean that this has been one of my greatest loss weeks. I am so happy.

Week 1 Total –> 2 pounds lost
Week 2 Total –> 2 pounds lost
Week 3 Total –> 2.1 pounds lost
Week 4 Total –> 0.6 pounds lost
Week 5 Total –> 1.8 pounds lost
Week 6 Total –> 1.5 pounds lost
Week 7 Total –> 1.2 pounds lost
Week 8 Total –> 0.1 pounds lost
Week 9 Total –> o.0 pounds lost
Week 10 Total –> 2.0 pounds lost
